Sample Testing Procedure:

• Collect a small representative sample of the material to be tested

• Place the sample into a plastic snap-lock bag and double bag

• Clearly label each sample bag with a unique Sample No. (e.g. Sample 1 or S01)

• Complete a sample submission form that can be downloaded from our website, or just fill it out when you get to the lab

• Drop off your samples or simply courier to our lab

• Make a payment and your CoA will be emailed through to your authorized email address

• Please contact the lab if you have large sample volume to discuss the turnaround time

There are multiple ways to submit your samples:

1. Drop into the lab and fill out a form when you get here

2. Download the submission form below and fill it out prior to dropping off or couriering your samples

3. Email us your form and then drop off your samples at the lab or courier them over
